“Yuki and the team were very welcoming, happy to help and very friendly. Great English, easy to understand stand. Great choice of styles of wood- only 2 styles come with the price of ticket- you have to pay for other styles. Engraving available too at extra cost but adds a great feature and memory to the chop sticks. Kid friendly also. You can keep the wood shavings also- check that you can take them back to your country as the wood isn’t treated when you shave. If you can request a team member- request for Yuki- he was amazing and couldn’t recommend enough :)”

“it is just the best possible, unbelieavable Japan experience. I even don't know where to start! Such a great hospitality and kindness!!
