Tickets: 1,200 yen for adults (1,000 yen with presale), free entry only for children up to the elementary school included. Since mid-July you can buy the tickets on the official website of the event – see just above.
How to get there: from Tokyo Station take the JR Keiyo Line and get off at Local KAIHIMMAKUHARI. Takes about 30-40 minutes. From the station Kaihimmakuhari follow these guidelines.
