Tokyo Game Show 2011

After the devastating earthquake in March, the event “Tokyo Game Show 2011” was expected more mournful than ever.
But the Japanese, who have amazed the world with their resilience, and even more they have impressed themselves, they arranged a fantastic sixteenth edition (which took place the weekend of 17-18 September 2011), that saw record attendance of over 220 thousand people.
Cosplayers and Otaku gathered at Makuhari Messe in Chiba (north-east of Tokyo) to find a little entertainment, six months after the tragedy.
Between the big news, there is the new portable console of Sony‘s “Playstation Vita“. A multi-touch screen OLED, motion sensors, two analog sticks on the sides with a multi-touch panel to use them both at back, flash memory and to extend a double version (then double the price) : wireless or 3G.
The release in Japan scheduled for December 17, 2011 with a lot of games at launch.
On the other side of the completence, Nintendo, responds with the best of its production : they announced the release of the titles that everyone was waiting for, as Mario Kart 7, Super Mario Land 3-D, Paper Mario and Mario Tennis.
After this, there are the Squaresoft role-playing games including Dragon Quest X, Metal Gear Solid and Tekken 3D.
Not such big news from the Xbox 360 of Microsoft, as the patriotic spirit inhibits the Japanese from the console of U.S.A.
And as a side tasty dish, there are the legendary booth girls that have left very little to the imagination, given the skimpy clothing!
